The nearest public parking is located rue Edmond Michelet, 50 metres from the building. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 27 rue du chateau d'eau, 33000 Bordeaux. Please inform Appartement 'Le rêve bordelais' - centre historique in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

健保署成功「殺價」，將口服C肝新藥一個療程的價格壓到新台幣25萬元，新藥可望於明年(2017年)納入健保給付。對於醫界擔心大筆的C肝治療費用將對健保總額造成排擠效應，希望患者也能負擔部分藥費，健保署長李伯璋今天(11日)表示，根據現行健保法規定，民眾的門診藥品自負額上限就是200元，若要讓民眾負擔部分C肝新藥費用，事涉修法，將召開公聽會討論。

健保署長李伯璋表示，包含艾伯維、必治妥、吉利亞等3家藥廠都引進C肝口服新藥，經健保初步議價，艾伯維、必治妥2家藥廠已同意將一個療程的費用降到新台幣25萬元，待9月召開健保會後，即可匡定相關健保預算的分配，預計明年起C肝新藥就可納入健保給付。

李伯璋指出，全國C肝患者多達55萬人，因此，未來納入健保給付的治療對象將視病況的嚴重性及急迫性排定優先順序，預估符合條件的患者1年有8千至1萬人，健保需因此支出約25億元。

由於擔心大筆的C肝治療費用將對健保總額造成排擠效應，醫界喊出應讓民眾負擔部分藥費，自費比率從50%到10%都有人贊成。對此，李伯璋說，政府的立場當然是不希望增加民眾的負擔，目前健保法中也沒有「藥品差額負擔」的法源，若要讓民眾負擔部分藥費，事涉修法，將召開公聽會討論。李伯璋：(原音)現在醫界的聲音有提到「使用者付費」的概念，這部分在我們的健保法規裡面，病人使用藥物不管他使用了多少錢，都是200元的上限，那這個部分目前有很多討論的聲音提出來，所以我們預計在9月份會辦一個公聽會，對C肝治療給付的部分大家提出來一起討論。』

李伯璋強調，健保總額年度預算分配時，C肝新藥費用不會從醫院總額項下支出，而是從健保的其他預算支出，因此不會稀釋到醫院的申報點值；另外，健保署也會向行政院爭取比照愛滋病、肺結核防治的公務預算投入肝炎防治，以避免醫界所擔憂C肝新藥納健保之後可能產生的排擠效應。
